About Applegate
Our private community is governed by our Board of Directors and managed by Sentry Management, Inc. We have 261 townhome-styled condominium units spread across 23 acres in Prince George's County.
We are proud to offer amenities to our residents with a spacious two-level clubhouse and family and pet-friendly recreational areas, including a playground, tot lot, and basketball court.
